Extremely professional and helpful staff. VERY attentive to our dog and she loved the experience!
Truly loved our experience. They respected my views on certain topics and helped me to understand the best route of treatment and all of my options. I’m blown away by the compassion and knowledge of everyone from the front staff, techs, and Vets. Amazing practice and so lucky we found them!
Staff was super friendly. Didn’t feel rushed or like a number. We also liked the leash holders near the register. We didn’t talk about billing at all in our appt but we didn’t ask about it. Super grateful they got us in for a same day appt!!!
I love the staff at Animal doctor. They always do what is the best for the animals and discuss what the risks and benefits are with anything they think is needed.
Thank you for making our pets the priority for our time. I loved that the Vet got down to Cleopatra level to make her and I comfortable.
They treated Penny with so much care! I love this place. Have always taken our animals her. Very educated and follows up with us to help with questions!
I just love all of you and so do Misha and Ody!!! They get excited to come, it is a little weird but I think they know how much you all care. Thank you for all you do!!!
I always appreciate the vets and vet techs willingness to answer any questions I may have. Your staff is fantastic and the Miller family appreciates you all! – David, Jerene, Printz, Yadi, and Cassius
Your staff in the front room and the groomer both did a great job. My pet and I were treated quickly and with both professionalism and kindness. Thank you!
Your pet must have proof of vaccinations. Required vaccinations for dogs include Rabies, Distemper Parvo, and Bordetella & required vaccinations for cats include Rabies and Distemper. Dogs & cats must be healthy, younger than seven years of age, and under 100 pounds. If we determine that the procedure is not routine (i.e. cryptorchid, hernia), we will call you and either reschedule or discuss any change in cost. Dog neuters over 100 pounds will be accepted on a case by case basis.
We ask that you withhold food starting at 10:00pm the night before surgery. Please drop your pet off at Animal Doctor between 7:30-8:00am the morning of surgery. Your pet will be able to go home between 3:00-5:30pm that same day. Your pet may be more tired that evening, or have a decreased appetite. Please keep your pet quiet for a week to allow them to heal properly. All closures will be made internally with absorbable suture material, so no follow up is required.
